There are two ways onto the industrial estate. If you enter through the first entrance closest to the A51, go through the main gate and go straight on until you get to a mini roundabout. Take a right at the roundabout. After going past the first couple of buildings, the road will open up to the left into a large area surrounded by units. iWood is facing you with the large roller shutter door open in the middle (pictures below). There is a large white sign with the iWood name on the front of the building.

If you come through the entrance closest to Hixon village, you'll go past a security portacabin with a barrier (which will be open). Follow the road around for a few hundred metres and over a couple of speedbumps until the road opens up to the right and you'll see iWood, again with the rollershutter door open and a sign on the front.
