1st Quality Sawn to Size European Elm (Sapwood no Defect)
The attractive grain in iWood Sawn to Size European Elm makes it perfect for furniture, turnery and woodware. Elm is also used for chair seats, bent-wood backs and even coffins. European Elm is suitable for use in boats for transoms and rudders, hatch covers, bottom planks etc. and is used in dock and harbour work for fenders, rubbers, keel-blocks, capping, wedges and for construction.
Our cut to size European Elm timber products (also called sawn to size) are literally sawn down to your chosen measurements and come straight off the saw with no machining performed to the edges, unlike our planed products.
Sawn Elm is ideal if you don’t have the facility to cut timber down in-house.
At iWood Timber Merchants, we have built our reputation on supplying the highest quality European Elm timber, giving you the greatest percentage of usable timber possible in your order.
